Wiebke recently started her PhD at Politecnico di Milano. She will investigate the density based model of the global space debris population. In particular, she will focus on including uncertainties.
She obtained her master degree in Physics at Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany. Her master thesis was in collaboration with the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Here, she researched the application of deep reinforcement learning for attitude control in an Active Debris Removal maneuver.
