On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the first Moon landing, an Apollo 11 themed exhibition is taking place in Milan to celebrate the event. The exhibition is co-organised by University of Milano-Bicocca, University of Milan, Politecnico di Milano, and the National Institute of Astrophysics. It is structured as an interactive tour which highlights the discoveries of our first visit to the Moon as well as the repercussions of such an achievement in the popular culture and society.
The exhibition is running from 23 September to 19 December 2019 at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Edificio U6 – Piazza dell’Ateneo Nuovo 1, Milano. More information available at:
