I joined the COMPASS group as a PhD candidate in May of 2025. Before that I worked as an SSA Engineer at OKAPI:Orbits GmbH in Germany, working on topics related to orbit determination and propagation as well as Conjunction assessment and Collision avoidance. I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in aerospace engineering from TU Braunschweig.
My research focusses on measuring the impact of space missions on the overall space environment through the use of a Space Debris Index. I also work on ways to define the consumed and available space capacity.
